For starters, my husband and I lived in this complex for almost 3 years. Within that time, we have lived in 2 separate units, a 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness of these units were our biggest issue. Carpets are not replaced between tenants and both units were stated to be cleaned before moving it yet there was hair from previous tenants stuck to the wall and years of rotting debris under our fridges. The units are advertised as "renovated" yet have cracks in the walls, nonexistent insulation that makes your power bill laughably high, and bathrooms from the 70's. All the work done in these units is bottom of the barrel from the landscaping, to the cleaning, to the pest control. Good morning me and my wife we had conversation with the office management. I believe her name is Margarita. She say basically it’s our fault because the AC don’t run enough mind, the AC is on if you look at the vents, the vents don’t have no mildew is always on every time we shower so I’m paying you basically 1200 something dollars a month to stay or leave like I’m homeless and it’s my fault we have to throw all our things away just sad

I have lived here for almost 2 years, my partner and I have always known we over pay here, we didn’t really mind because it’s a quiet community and no one bothers you here and everyone is nice, that being said, I have been complaining about a wet spot on my floor under the carpet for about a week, have continuously told them we believe it’s a leak, and our concerns were pretty much swept under the rug, well last night while we were asleep, after they said a plumber would show and never did, our water heater burst leaving our whole room to get flooded, worst part is I have a kid here and the leak still isn’t fixed and they said fans and humidifiers (that is very loud) will have to be here for two days. We had a major problem in our apartment which involved loss of power for an extended period of time. The management team jumped into action, while keeping us informed throughout the process, of decisions being made as well as providing a time line of all work being done. I’ve been living here for about 4 months, and I already want to move. For the price you pay, you can definitely find a better apartment with better amenities. Water and sewage are not included, and on top of that, you’re charged $20 per month just to throw out your trash (not valet trash, just regular trash). The water/sewage billing is shared across the community, so even if your actual usage is low, you’ll still end up paying significantly more than what you use. There are roaches and water bugs, while I wouldn’t call it a full infestation, you’ll see them from time to time and it’s definitely a problem. With all the extra fees, rent comes close to $1,600 a month, yet there’s no washer and dryer in the units, many units smell like smoke, and the apartments still have carpet. While other
