Sentry’s website is straightforward. It’s easy to navigate and makes paying monthly dues and any assessments simple. However, it’s my opinion that Sentry’s specificity of property manager duties for HOA co-owners could be improved. Regarding our own HOA property manager, I’ve found her (Michaela) to be very professional. She responds quickly to queries, either by phone or email. She’s interested in what’s happening in our community. Her communication style makes me feel valued as an HOA member. Sentry’s the only management company we’ve had since moving to So. Carolina. To this point, and largely due to Michaela, it has gained our trust.

Sentry Management has only recently taken over management of our properties. They assigned Josh Tebalt as the site manager and I have found Josh to be an excellent manager with an eye towards customer service. He is both proactive and responsive in taking care of our needs and has addressed several areas of our building which were in need of organization and refurbishment. Sentry has a user-friendly owner’s portal that makes management of payments, etc an ease. Though early, I have found Sentry to be a good partner for us.

In property and regime management, reliability is everything – and Josh Tebalt is reliable. He brings order to the small chaos of building life and real leadership when it actually maters, i.e., when something goes wrong. Josh manages the Ashley House condominium through Sentry Management, and he has been consistently attentive, hard-working, and level-headed. Recently, in the middle of the night, he responded immediately to a call to his cell phone regarding a water leak at the Ashley House, driving to the building and supplying wet vac, fans, dehumidifiers, and his full effort to quickly resolve the matter and forestall damage. Josh is a strong communicator: clear, timely, and practical. He listens, he follows through, and he keeps things calm and organized through challenging events.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to sincerely recognize Danny DeSimoni for his exceptional professionalism, dedication, and consistent communication. Throughout this entire process, Danny remained responsive, transparent, and genuinely committed to helping resolve my concerns. His follow-up alone speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his role. It’s clear that managing a community like Woodhill Place comes with challenges, yet Danny continues to lead with integrity, patience, and a solutions-focused approach. His long-standing commitment of over 10 years truly shows in the care and effort he puts into the community and in supporting residents. I also appreciate the quick action taken by the vendor, and I’m grateful to Danny for coordinating everything so efficiently. His continued dedication

Jessica has been our property manager for about a year and has done an amazing job keeping the board informed and moving forward on all fronts. She’s attentive to our questions and invests the time needed to tackle the issues of our community. Our community and board are grateful to be partnered with Sentry Management and Jessica as our manager.
