As HOA President, I am very pleased with the professionalism of Sentry. This is a huge change for us. Kristina picked the perfect community manager for us, Amanda Dowling. Amanda attended our January Board meeting and immediately impressed everyone. My interactions with her are pleasant and she is always two steps ahead of where I am on decision making. This is exactly what I needed, someone who thinks outside the box, independently explores a problem, and provides cogent advice. She is independently working with the Board to manage our community, not something we have experienced before but it was sorely needed.

Christina Townes is our Sentry property manager within my community and is absolutely wonderful. Christina is very knowledgeable and experienced with community associations. Christina works efficiently and effectively for our community of 169 condos. I am on our board and if we have an issue or problem that needs fixing or resolving, Christina is on it. After very disappointing services from Sentry resulting in 3 successive managers in the course of 17 months, Christina was assigned as our 4th. In less than 6 months she has transformed the quality of service we were receiving by virtue of her knowledge, organizational skills and effectiveness in guiding the board, negotiating contracts, staying on schedule, preparing extensive management reports and most importantly, becoming rapidly acclimated to the repair needs of our aging infrastructure and assisting in procuring local contractors to be available as needed. She facilitated a sale of a home in the development of Edwards Landing in Leesburg, VA for myself, the Realtor, and my buyers, the new home owners. Christine went above and beyond to facilitate everything these new owners needed to have a successful closing on a property that had previous violations the seller refused to remedy. Christina returned calls promptly, she relied to emails, she followed up on anything she agreed to check on. She is by far the best Community Manager I have ever had dealings with in my career as a Realtor in Northern VA! She is outstanding. She is great at your job!

Amanda from the HOA management team was very helpful. When our parking passes were lost in the mail, she responded promptly and personally delivered them to our town home to ensure we received them before enforcement began. Great service and much appreciated.
