Jorge on thier maintenance team was amazing, very polite and quick to address my maintenance issues! Michael, Payton, Natalie and mei have all been so helpful and kind with our move in, always available to anwser any questions! Beautiful community and amazing staff! 10 / 10 recommend 😊

The staff at Sentio Apartments are helpful and professional. I especially want to recognize Michael from the front office staff — he is always friendly, attentive, and very quick to resolve any issues for residents.

After moving out, our deposit was deducted under multiple questionable and inconsistent charges: 1. False carpet cleaning charge – Our unit had no carpet at all, yet we were charged $150 for carpet cleaning. This is completely inaccurate. 2. Unreasonable painting charge – We were charged $249 for painting, even though the condition was within normal wear and tear. Under Arizona law, routine painting due to normal use is the landlord’s responsibility and should not be passed on to tenants. 3. Excessive and unjustified cleaning fees – We thoroughly cleaned the unit before move-out, yet we were still charged an unreasonably high cleaning fee. I am literally sitting in the parking lot taking the time to write this review because of how impactful and memorable my experience was. Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable and warm, and it genuinely felt like she cared about making my transition as seamless as possible. I am truly considering relocating to this community largely because of her. She is an absolute gem and a true asset, and this community is lucky to have her- Thanks Natalie for everything!!🤗
