Sentinel of Conway Apartments

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I gotta say… what a rollercoaster.. we’ve been through a change in ownership and maybe…3-4 managers? I used to have so many issues with this place. But not since Kimberly arrived. This rating is specifically for the new manager - Kimberly. She’s been amazing. With the previous owners and managers it was so rough that I was seriously looking to move elsewhere. Kimberly talks to you like you’re human (and not a number!), she remembers your name, she’s thoughtful, she’s professional, she’s helpful - and she keeps her word! She is definitely what this property has been needing. I hope y’all keep her here so she can continue to work her magic.

By far the worst place to live! We've been her two years and stayed 2 years to long! Right off the back was horrible! We put out 30 days in because we were told they had a unit! We paid out depot and everything! Come the day before move in, its not ready! So that was a fight! Finally get moved in and first full months rent is way higher bc I guess it isn't common currency to inform you tenets that there are added fees like water, pest (never seen them) trash and some sort of insurance thing or something! The water is split by the entire building and I guess divided by how many people live in each unit! So if you have someone in your building not being honest about how many people live there, well be ready to pay their water! Our water has literally been two times the amount that ive ever h

if I could I would give this place zero stars, DONT NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! My family and I were going to move into a four bedroom that they were redo, and the date kept getting pushed because they didn't pay their vendors..which made my family and I homeless and incurring Hundreds to thousands of dollars in hotel and airbnb stays over the months that they kept pushing our moving in dated back because the apartment, we were supposed to move into was really. Then without any communication or warning, THEY(not us) cancel our signed lease, they won't refund any our application fees or anything. And it make us scramble to find another placd

Put in a work order and Michael came by and did a fantastic job! He was very respectful, he communicated what he was doing and how long it would take. And he got the job in a very timely manner. Very good experience!

I put in a maintenance request and Michael came out to fix the issue. He was professional, explained what he was doing, and completed the work promptly. I had a great experience.
