As a Real Estate agent I appreciate a Loan Officer that gets the closing done. Scott Williams recently helped my clients get to the closing table. There was a little hiccup with the paperwork, but Scott kept control of the situation, and put me at ease, letting me know that he just had to get a few more documents, and that there was no risk of problems.
