Idk why everyone says this place is terrible I mean cops get called so what there due for a renovation soon. Maintenance keeps the grass free of trash,prompt and friendly. Me and my lovely family love it ❤️

Need to improve some issues with move in cleaning and maintenance. Elizabeth, current manager, is solid. She gave great effort to see that I would be happy my situation. I was disappointed at move in to find large paint spots on the floors and old stains on the floors. Also had very dirty corners left untouched. Originally they said carpets would be replaced with high grade vinyl (very popular at this time). Owners decided carpet was still good and no change was needed. The people in office are great and it appears the desire to improve is present but owners need to raise the bar. Listen to the manager, she's the one with a finger on the pulse of this apartment community. See the pictures and judge for yourself. I have great neighbors and I just have keep a positive state as I work at

Chelsea in the office is wonderful. She always greets me with a warm welcome.

My friend lives here She likes it a lot She can watch biplanes from nearby Bowman field and it's really close to the expressway She likes it A lot
