Customer Reviews
I’ve honestly loved living here, and it really does deserve a full five stars. The whole place is super clean and well kept, and it has a really comfortable vibe that makes it feel like home. The staff is always so friendly and quick to help with anything, which I really appreciate, especially with how busy life gets. The amenities are actually nice and not just for show, and I always feel safe walking around the complex, even at night. The location is also super convenient, close to everything I need without being loud or hectic. Overall, living here has been such a good experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a place that’s easy, comfortable, and stress free.
I NEVER write bad reviews but this place is ridiculous. I lived here for 2 years and my list of grievances could write a book. Everyone that works here is super nice BUT the actual management is ridiculous. Move dt because you end up paying the same amount after all the random fees epoch supposedly “tells you about” and the insane utility bills that are in no way accurate. They are slimy with their fees and while they try to create a community, it’s not worth it for what you are paying for (moldy apartments, electricity that goes out all the time (and I get they can’t control it but it happens too often here compared to ANYWHERE else), stupid high utility fees for months we aren’t even in the apartment, etc). As someone who debated living dt but went to Epoch for a cheaper option, I regret
I’ve had such a great experience with Epoch Clemson! Libby is always so helpful and kind, she makes everything so easy and always has such a positive attitude. It’s clear she really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure questions get answered. Always love seeing her at Bingo :) Overall, living here has been such a positive experience thanks to the helpful staff and free bingo beers @Backstreets. Highly recommend!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are bleeding dry for money due to extremely high vacancy rate and decided to take it out on their previous tenants. I was a tenant who left this past August and they made sure to find a way to charge everyone in my building at least $250 in move out fees. They were charging me $100 for stuff that could have been wiped off with a wet paper towel (picture included). They even included pictures with no damage on it at all and still charged me. I calculated the total and talked to a professional painter who said he could finish the whole building in 25 minutes. This would mean Epoch is paying their painters $2,000 an hour to repair the "damage". If this is the case, I want a job, if not they should not be charging me that much. I even have physical proof f
Would give 0 stars if possible. Epoch was awful. The unit had issues from the beginning and they didn't end. The electricity went out often and if it was due to weather, this complex was always the last to have it returned. The air conditioning failed numerous times and after the third or fourth time, they had to bring in a large, portable unit to make up for it. This portable unit was up against the kitchen table and in the way. Upon move out (July 2025), they charged $600 ($300 each resident) to buy a new couch because the one that was in there had wear and tear from the years prior and was old. They said it was the result of the residents' use, even though a blanket was put over the couch cushions in the fall (2024) to prevent the already torn and worn cushions from getting worse. In a
