Senderos at South Mountain

Amazing place to live! Living at Senderos at South Mountain has been an awesome experience in every way! The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The maintenance team is outstanding, they always respond quickly and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The office staff is just as great, super friendly and always helpful with anything you need. You can really tell they care about the residents here. I truly enjoyed my time living at Senderos, it’s a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home! Thank you, Senderos at South Mountain, for everything!

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state. We were unable to fly down and go "apartment hunting" before moving down, but Senderos made everything so easy. Pam, from the leasing office, is reason alone to sign a lease here. Pam is so kind and patient, it is very evident that she truly cares about the residents here and their experience with Senderos. Pam is truly the best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with, I cannot say enough positive things about Pam! The complex itself is in a perfect location. It is backed up to South Mountain, making it private and quiet. However, it is also close to Tempe, Chandler, and downtown Phoenix, making it a perfect complex for commuters or those who want to be able to escape the chaos of a huge city. The c

If I can give 0 stars I definitely would! The manager Lorena is completely horrible and rude! Never lets anyone live in peace, as said by other renters. Got so bad & made me very uncomfortable that I had to cut my lease! Area is nice, but the manager needs to be replaced! When she came to my door she always banged and rung the doorbell 20 times in a row. Horrible experience! I don’t recommend!

Terrible experience with this leasing office. I drove to the property twice, and the second time was with a confirmed, agent-led tour appointment. I received written confirmation that someone would meet me at 3:00 PM, including a contact number. I arrived on time, waited on site, and no one showed up. The leasing office was closed, and there was zero communication — no call, no text, no email. I even reached out while standing at the property and was told someone would “get back to me,” which never happened. This was a complete waste of time and gas. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I would be very concerned about living here

I lived here for over 2 years. So here's an honest review. By far the worst apartments I've ever lived in! The good. Maintenance guy is awesome. Responds really fast to maintenance requests. Grounds are kept pretty clean. I had a good view of downtown which was cool on New Years and the 4th of July The bad. Everything else! Office personnel and management are extremely rude, con artists They single handedly made living here unbearable. If it wasn't for them, it would have been tolerable. They play favorites and are very harassing with their spam emails. Located in South Phoenix, so expect South Phoenix activity. I had stuff stolen out of my vehicles, gas stolen, stuff stolen out of my garage. Not uncommon to be woken up by street racing, helicopters, gun shots, or people arguing. Plus th
