All I can say is thank you, especially to Tina very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable to any question we had. Made the experience fun, we all know looking for a place to stay can be nerve wracking sometimes but I can say that wasn’t with this team. We were nervous about the area but have come to find out that it is actually very quiet and peaceful and the renovated unit we got into was way better than expected!! When Tina wasn’t there because we came back almost everyday with more questions Ian was there to piggy back where we left off with no misunderstandings! GREAT TEAM AND MANAGEMENT!! I was seriously considering moving here, but after reading the recent review about a male leasing agent invading personal boundaries, I have completely changed my mind and will be looking elsewhere. Hearing that a male leasing agent may be using their access to tenant information to look up residents on social media is a huge problem. That is a serious violation of privacy and trust. Leasing agents are in a position of authority and access, which makes it even more critical that they act with professionalism and respect. Any behavior that crosses personal boundaries, involves inappropriate contact, or misuses personal information is completely unacceptable. This is not a minor issue!!!! I’ve been waiting since Friday. It’s now Thursday the following week, for an update on my application. On Tuesday I was asked for more income pdfs so I sent them in. Today on Thursday I’m asked for ID. All the communication has been done on my end. Not once has the office called me to update me or to ask for this information. Really bad experience. If you guys waiting til Tuesday to start my application then just say that. We messed up and are running behind. It would be okay. But being lied to and not even having signed a lease is troubling and makes me not even wanna live here. I told them if I don’t have an update by tomorrow I will dispute the charge with my bank. It should not take this long and if it does they are using archaic ways of conducting a background check

Physically cannot reach the office over the phone since they've implemented a new AI assistant that doesn't even seem to have accurate office hours and won't let me leave a message. Calling the direct line that gets me to a voicemail won't let me LEAVE a message at all because it just gets stuck in a loop of repeating "Invalid Entry" while trying to save it. The whole reason I'm even trying to reach the team is because of what seems to be a billing error where part of rent seems to be double charging after the balance was paid on the 1st, and the only thing I can reach about it is their AI which tells me it's "utilities from June and July" being charged in September. This place was great and had incredibly helpful and friendly staff, this change to AI is the worst transition I've seen -

Scottie and John are great maintenance guys at Senara. They are quick to response on any urgent and regular work orders. They are amazing and I recommend Senara and the crew for a great place to live and care for the small community like this.
