I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. Our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The average bank interest rate right now is around 5.9%, yet the rate we were presented with was in the 12% range — more than double. When we declined to move forward because the rate was unreasonably high, instead of handling it professionally, the broker reacted inappropriately. They did not even call to clearly explain the approval terms — they simply sent paperwork to sign without proper communication. Even more concerning, after we declined the financing, information regarding our financial situation was shared with third parties without our consent. That is completely unacceptable and, in our opinion, a serious breach of professionalism and confidentia

Of all the home purchases I’ve made over the years, this was by far the worst lending experience I’ve had. Headache after headache. We almost pulled out of the deal entirely because we weren’t confident the loan would even close. We had to submit the same documentation multiple times, and the loan officer kept coming back asking for items that should have been known from the start. It felt like they had no idea what underwriting required. Communication was terrible, we constantly had to chase them down for updates, and it was almost impossible to get the loan officer on the phone. I have never worked with a company so awful. No one here speaks to eachother yet everyone is involved in your case. One person gives you an instruction and then a few days later someone else calls you to tell you it cant be done. Nothing was more stressful than buying our home with this company. We were sort of forced into working with Alejandro and his team and we hated every second. If our realtor didnt just jump right in and go straight through him we definitely would have went somewhere else. I wish we were given the opportunity to look elsewhere. In fact about 2 weeks away from closing we strongly considered terminating with them and losing our dream home.
