Seminole Ridge

Current resident , Me & my Lady like HILLARY seems to be the only one to help care or even have a heart at all Seminole ridge this place is a SCAM CHARGE ME monthly for pest control rats and roaches have reported it numerous times for the past ONE YEAR AND 6 MONTHS for all the people debating on signing a lease here This place is horrible I have tried my best to bare the fact that everyday Seminole ridge we have 6 cops surrounding the building common stabbings and kids scraping cars because parents arent watching them I have only seen the pest control here twice out of those two years pathetic. I have called the office to be told they’ll call and check back with me it’s been no call no check up nothing just another day going by in the morning people under your stairs or breeze ways to

It's all bad!!! I have called and emailed you guys it don't matter. It won't get fixed.. I have done work orders and no one i repeat no one has showed up. But will complete the order like it's done.. So yeah I've done all of that and still waiting... I have no mailbox key cause of no funds to change the locks. No pest control at all.. it's all bad !!!

This place is disgusting, sewage back up constantly, maintenance allows or makes deals with the homeless to stay in the empty apartments plus they never fix anything and say they fulfill maintenance orders that they never once address. And the office people are crooks too, if you are on housing and because the property is so poorly maintained that if you fail inspection and housing ebates their portion of rent they will turn around and try to charge you the amount housing would had paid, which is clearly illegal. Tenants are told they are only responsible for their portion until unit is fixed. They will say you owe all this money and evict you and you could possibly lose assistance. WOULD'VE GAVE ZERO they are terminating my lease because of utilities owed I'm sorry I'm not paying it I got sick because of raw sewage water in the parking lot,eats in my house and I told them about it multiple times and they still don't do anything I'm not paying it I will get a better apartment don't waste your money or time here
