Manager is rude walks around with her nose tooted up, which I’m not worried about because mangers don’t last long around here. But it’s pretty nasty how she moves… won’t speak to anyone and will walk past you but when she does open her mouth it’s never pleasant 🤷

I just want to say I am very pleased with the customer service the office & maintenance staff provides to our complex. Eliana and all her staff go above and beyond to make sure the needs of the tenants are met. Best staff ever.

I don't how I can do it with this place, I've been placing problems a whole list and they still have one nothing to fix the problem they'll come and look scheduled a day to do it but it never happens one of the workers called my apartment nasty and I don't know how to clean ever since the better people left this place has been hell the only reason I was still here was for my kids so they can keep seeing they're friends instead of being long distance and now they'll find any reason just put an eviction notice on your door thankfully i don't have to deal with it anymore hope the new people good luck

Going up on the rent without doing any renovations to the units is crazy. Going up on the rent in the middle of the lease is very insane when people are already struggling as it is. All of the appliances in every unit are old and moldy. The paint is starting to chip off in the tub and pantries which shows the mold they painted over. Yuck! They never ever ever ever answer the phone, this will be my last time renewing this lease. Rip off .

New Management is horrible. When Nina and the previous maintenance guys were here everything ran smoothly. I've put an order in to get my dryer fixed since November 3rd, it's now January 3rd and i'm still waiting. I've called numerous of times, and went to them numerous of times, asked to speak with the manager just to get a "She not here" or "She's on vacation". If the residents were three months behind on rent they would've evicted us quickly. I'm extremely disappointed in this place I use to love calling home.
