Louis is phenomenal - answered any questions these two first-time home buyers had, every step of the way - even after-hours or via text, and genuinely looks to save you as much money as possible over the life of your loan. I cannot recommend Seminole Moneytree enough. Louis made us feel like family and was a joy to work with through what can often be a stressful process.

Best place to get a mortgage with in town. Very fast friendly and extremely reliable. This was my second mortgage with them and Louis delivered and was always ahead of the game to ensure closing occurred on time. In fact he helped us close early. Louis is the best. Mark made our first time buying a home a breeze. Getting money down and paper work is a pain regardless but what an awsome experience so far. Me and my wife couldn't be happier, we are in contract now with a great loan and fixed apr. Just purchased a 2nd home with Mark at Seminole money tree and the experience was amazing.
