DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If only I can give negative stars! Today 8/23/2025 the complex woke up to over 10 cars broken into! We’ve had several break-ins in the last year alone. Some cars have been hit multiple times now! Property management has changed several times, can’t keep employees- no one lasts a year! The recent ones haven’t lasted 6 months! This place is in the toilet- just like the pool. Two pools and they haven’t been open in YEARS! What amenities are we paying for?! This property is old and needs serious work, but owners just want to put lipstick on a pig and call it a day. NO MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE! MOLD and LEAKES EVERYWHERE! New and renewing tenants now have to pay a $5/month pest control fee! Pest control should be a part of maintaining the property, not covered by tenants! Roach

It’s been a year since I moved out, and I still have not received my security deposit back. I contacted them many times; each time (when I could actually reach someone), they reassured me it would be sent in the mail. Finally, they stopped responding altogether. Besides being crooks, there were many issues while living there. I couldn’t move in during the first week of my lease because the bathtub was severely damaged. The apartment complex has a serious roach infestation. My unit had a faulty window seal that allowed wasps from a nest right outside my window to enter. I had to reseal the window myself because management refused to address the seal problem or the wasp nest. My kitchen sink continued to leak despite attempted repairs. Dont move here. There’s cockroaches, Ive been without AC for months, there’s water damage and I could go on. The office staff has changed multiple times since I moved in (5 months ago) and the leasing office and the maintenance staff run two properties so they are never there. Theres dog poop everywhere, the amenities suck. And they just stink. The building should be demolished.

Don’t move here. It’s mid June and we have zero idea from the office about when the pools will be open. You never hear from the office once you’ve paid your deposit. Office hours are two days a week with a two hour lunch they are closed. I’ve heard from a few tenants they are having issues with their ACs, some tenants still have box AC units. I killed a roach yesterday and I’m on the top floor and every time it rains outside, it rains in my apartment. It’s just not worth it, pay a couple hundred more to live in other the apartments around here, the extra money will be worth the amenities and office staff. I thought I would update with a current photo of the pool, as on the website it appears the pools are open. They aren’t. It was 90 today.

They took 11 days to fix heat and in the process broke my ac. They wont fix my ac and have no timing of when it will be fixed The leasing office never answers or is in the office and the maintenance team is one dude who doesnt seem to understand english. You have to contact the property manager to get anything understood. They wont fix any unit issues unless its deemed as necessary to them
