Jacqueline Smith is the best realtor ever, she is the most caring considerate and respectful , patient and ALWAYS on top of things. We love Realtors but Very unethical and we faced ethics violations. As an agent there are "fiduciary duty" by law to look out for your interests. Not in this case. Did an NCNDA WITH Suzette Weddington @ Sellstate Next generation Realty Ocala after working with a Home for sale together. The seller agreed to pay our team to bring a buyer. We used Suzette which started off great. We had our cleaning crew clean the house with her. I told her the price and opened the door for her. Note seller is not local we are so we did everything because we are local. We Gave her things from the house also. She did walk through and was very excited with the buyer wanting to close in a week. I have never worked with an agent in the Ocala area who is as efficient as Shannon. She is open and knowledgeable and if there is a question or situation that she does not immediately know she finds it out and reports it back in a timely manner. My realtor, Joseph Renda, was very knowledgable helping me with my search for a house and property in Marion County.
