I can’t say enough great things about Felisa Osment with Exit Self Property Advisors. She was my daughter’s agent, she went over and beyond to help her close. She not only did her job but she also picked up the slack of the selling agent due to lack of engagement. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She wasn’t after a payday, she actually wanted the best for my daughter, so I will forever love her for who she is. I had a very disappointing experience working with realtor Curtis at Self Property Advisors. From the beginning, I feel I was led under false pretenses regarding the expected sale price of my home. I was initially assured with confidence that my property could sell at a certain price point, only for that expectation to shift within just three weeks into a price reduction. Even after an initial $20K reduction, there was continued pressure to lower the price further. At one point, Curtis expressed that he was no longer confident in selling my home at the original price point and mentioned concerns about how the property not selling under his contract could impact his reputation.
