The only thing i didn't like was the roaches infestation and living near the dumpster. Other than that, Kathy took care of what we needed and had maintance come a few times to fix our leak and/or our roach infestation. Other than that we need more room and decided to move else where. Thank you for being supportive! If you plan to live here and have bad credit or history, be careful. They charged us a $500 non refundable fee. And always register your visitors car! We never had any of our family members towed but its recommended!

I have been here going on 2 months. I absolutely love it, very quiet and maintenance quick to fix issues and very polite and respectful.Cathy is very polite, respectful and helpful. As soon as I need assistance with any issues she gets it fixed immediately. My neighbor's are very nice and I feel at peace.
