I see some of the other reviews posted but I’m not sure what they’re talking about. We have had 2 different rentals from this company and have been fantastic about returning calls, maintenance issues, returning security deposits. They always get right back to us and have been a joy to rent from. And our Land Lord is the best in town !

I rented a place from them. They knew that my neighbor was a problem tenant. Other neighbors told me they had not been able to keep a tenant there more than a month. This neighbor would threaten to call the cops for something as small as taking a shower because of "noise" or he....every night.... It scared the crap out of me and my dog. I told the company that they had misled me. I unfortunately could not leave because of the increasing deteriorating financial situation I had been placed in after having to miss work because of said neighbor. I ended up getting stuck there for a year, it was literal hell. On the other side of his unit was another unit. He was equally horrible to anyone there. They could not keep a tenant more than a month. I still have trauma from this living exp

I would like to provide a detailed account of my rental experience with the company, which I found to be highly unsatisfactory. From the start, there were several issues with the property that were not disclosed on their website, and once I moved in, I discovered numerous maintenance and repair issues that had not been addressed. Furthermore, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me to handle everything myself. As a result, I found myself dreading the move-out process, as I expect it to be similarly difficult. I would strongly recommend considering other rental/leasing companies that will provide a more transparent and reliable service.

Great, responsive service. Always available via text and phone call. Very quick response to maintenance request such as installing new window screens and a plumbing repair. Facilitated questions to the property owner as well which I found to be above and beyond.
