He's so organized with the voluminous paperwork of a CA transaction that it makes it very manageable, and sent out a timeline of important dates at the beginning so that we knew exactly what we needed to get done by certain critical dates. It was an older house with plenty of issues, and all of Jim's referrals were great, so that was a big plus since we don't live in the area anymore. Highly recommended!
