We absolutely loved the home we rented from them for 18 months. They were very fair and gave us back our security deposit because we kept the house looking nice and cleaned it upon exit. The reason I won’t give 5 stars is because the home was not cleaned when we moved in and repairs did take a couple of times to follow up before things were fixed. Overall I would say it was a great experience though.

I wouldn't want them managing my property. I contacted them through Furnished Finder to rent a property. After asking twice, they sent me a blank rental application. No address. No rental or deposit amount. I filled in what I could and sent it back, explaining I'd sign once I had all the required info. Seemed shady to send me a blank form and expect me to sign without even including the property info... No response for several days, so I sent a follow-up email. I finally received a response asking *me* which property I was applying for, and I had to explain that I don't have the address. It was never provided to me and is unlisted on Furnished Finder. They emailed back immediately saying the property had been rented. They basically ignored my messages for a week and rented the property out

Unfortunately, the folks that work here have not been helpful after we moved out. I requested an itemized list of what was deducted from our security deposit before they sent us the checks, and the woman I spoke to on the phone said that she would send it to me over email that day. Instead, they sent out the checks without our knowledge and did not send the itemized checklist over email until the day they knew we would be receiving them. Unprofessional and sneaky!

Management is hard to work with and repairs were difficult. Each issue requires multiple follow ups with promises of showing up that were not kept. Upon moving out they wrongly kept money even though the rental was in much better shape then when we moved in (not to mention hot electrical wires were exposed due to lack of cover plates, when we took possession, which we fixed before it hurt our children). I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company.

Gabriel helped me find a place last minute when I needed somewhere to live for work. He always helped me out whenever I needed him too, great guy! If I end up returning to that area, he's going to be the guy I reach out to to help me find another place to live. I highly recommend you reach out to him if you need to find a place to rent!
