Sedona Ridge

I lived here for a little more than 2 years and all I can say is you get what you paid for… I went month to month after my latest lease ended and they charged me an additional $200 each month for that, and now I want to move out they still require 60 day notice??? What’s the point of the month to month fee if I still have to give 60 day notice? Total scam. And reading through the contract, it reads 60 day notice if you are in the lease but that after you go month to month you can give a 30 day notice. What is worse is that I filled out the contact form on the website to give notice but they never gave a confirmation or anything and when I finally had the time to go into the office they said they don’t have access to stuff that goes through that form and that the 60 day counter starts form

Edit: After living here since April 2023, and it now being December 2024, I again renewed my lease. Living here is comfortable. Maintenance is on top of things inside my apartment whenever I ask, and even though there have been several water main breaks (due to the age of the complex) the management company is on it immediately and gets water back on the next day. Prices stay reasonable for rent, and I have no plans to move unless I have a major life event. The leasing office staff is always kind and considerate, and I get answers to questions very quickly. I moved in a couple weeks ago, and so far I like most things about living here. It’s quiet, the few people I have spoken with that live here are helpful people, and I feel secure in the environment. Sedona ridge apartments is a great apartment complex. Rose cynthia and aubrey in the office are great and willing to answer any questions.You may have about anything in the complex. If you need anything fixed in your apartment maintenance is great. William and Richard are wonderful and very helpful as well. The complex is always clean and clear of clutter. Same with the laundry room, it's always clean. I love to take my kids outside to walk and play and on anytime off day running into anyone from the staff here at sedona ridge is always smiling and greeting you. Sedona ridge actually cares about their tenants compared to other apartments that I have lived at. I give Sedona ridge a 10 out of 10 star rating highly recommend to family and friends.

Every single experience and interaction I’ve had with the lovely staff here has been fantastic. I would like to reference two people who’ve gone above and beyond to scaffold the quality community here at Sedona ridge. Audrey is one of the most lovely people I’ve ever spoken with. Everything from introductions and apartment tours, to specialty paperwork was handled with the utmost kindness and attention. Not to mention we regularly talk when I walk my dog, she’s honestly fantastic and a phenomenal representation of the quality of this place. Even when things do go wrong the quick service staff is effective and gets the job done with minimal disturbance. My bf and I have been living in Sedona Ridge apartments for a few months now, and so far have no major complaints. The community is nice and grounds/facilities are well kept. They are very much pet friendly which is nice and the complex is big with lots of grass/trees/bushes to walk your dog around. It also feels decently gated in to where you feel pretty safe walking around the complex for the most part. The little gym, as well as outdoor AND indoor pools are a huge plus. We had a leak in our bathroom that was almost immediately identified and fixed with no issues. Audrey, as well as everyone else I have spoken with in the leasing office, is very friendly and helpful.
