I cannot say enough great things about Brittany and the job she does as a manager. From day one, she has been professional, attentive, and genuinely caring toward residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure the community is well-run, welcoming, and taken care of. Any time I had a question or concern, Brittany handled it promptly and with kindness. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and wants residents to feel comfortable and valued in their homes. That kind of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. If every apartment complex had a manager like Brittany, renting would be a completely different experience. She is an absolute asset to this property, and anyone who lives here is lucky to have her.

I’ve lived at Sedona Cannon Apartments for about two years now, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The community is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe, which has made it a comfortable place to call home. Maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner, and the staff has generally been helpful and professional. Since Brittany Davis became the new apartment manager, things have gotten even better. She is truly brilliant — responsive, organized, and genuinely cares about the residents. Brittany communicates clearly, follows through, and brings a positive energy to the property that you can really feel. Since the new management team came to the office, I cannot say enough great things about them. They are friendly and professional and help me a fix my issues in a timely manner. Also, with the new maintenance, they did a great job.Especially the maintenance supervisor Jose. He did a great job in fixing an issue in my apartment. He was in and was out he communicated and was very friendly and got my request done in no time. Huge thumbs up to them both!!👍👍👍👍

This last unit I rented in end of 2024, the office tried to say I didnt pay the reletting fee. Sent me to collections, but I brought the Proof. Management at that time was iffy. Also had bed bugs in the unit. Prior to this, I had rented 2 units , 2 years in a row with absolutely no concerning issues. Hopefully Management has changed for better. Decent apartments otherwise.

Living at Sedona Canyon Apartments has been a really great experience for me. The community is peaceful, clean, and well taken care of, which makes it feel like home. The apartments are comfortable, and whenever I’ve needed maintenance, it’s been handled quickly without any issues. Maria in the office truly stands out. She is incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, and always keeps me updated. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone like her you can count on. The location is also super convenient and close to everything I need. Overall, I’ve felt comfortable and supported living here, and I would definitely recommend Sedona Canyon Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
