Sedna Beverly Waterfront Apartments

Moving to Sedna Waterfront Apartments 5 years ago came at a good time for me as my previous condo experience was not working out. Here I have found a low stress lifestyle with a strong sense of community, which is encouraged. The usual concerns of repairs or any maintenance issue is addressed promptly and the added enjoyment of having a water view makes it all worthwhile.

We have had an apartment at Sedna since 2021. We love it! Walking down the hall we feel like we are on a boat. Great water views at end of hall and from the apartment. Add in the attentive management team, responsive maintenance team and friendly neighbors. We love our walks to the beaches, parks, shops in Beverly and across the bridge we are in Salem. Fireworks from the rooftop and stargazing is fantastic

We have lived at the Sedna for almost two years and we couldn’t be happier. It is a beautiful property in a great location. On one side of the property are beautiful water views; on the other side are streets that take you to downtown Beverly where there are an assortment of restaurants, bars and shops. The property is well managed and has many amenities such as fitness centers, comfortable lounges, meeting and game rooms. There are even rooftop decks with beautiful views. I highly recommend the Sedna.

I’ve been living at Sedna for 3.5 years. It’s a quiet and beautiful community to live in with plenty of friendly neighbors. It’s in a perfect location to experience all Beverly has to offer. Al from maintenance has always been very quick to complete my requests, which I can make online. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This property has truly been a wonderful place to call home, and a big part of that is thanks to the excellent staff—especially Michael and Al. Michael, the property manager, is always professional, approachable, and attentive. He goes out of his way to make sure residents’ concerns are handled quickly and with care.
