Sedgefield Square Apartments

I recently moved into Sedgefield Square and I have to say the new property manager, Crystal, is truly amazing. Her communication is excellent, she’s always helpful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. The maintenance staff is also great — very friendly, respectful, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. The only concern I have is security, especially on the weekends. The complex can feel overcrowded, almost like a block party, with cars pulling in fast and driving recklessly. I really hope to see more security enforcement, along with cameras being installed for everyone’s safety. It would also be great if the complex could add a gym room in the future, which would be a nice upgrade for residents. Overall, I’m happy with the management and staff —

Sometime they don’t finish a Job. I know the don’t have enough workers. I understand with today’s economy. I noticed that they’re not really equipped for the winter. It takes them a long time to dig out sidewalks because I am in a wheelchair and it’s hard to get around without areas that I will not get stuck in. I guess they are doing the best they can with the little machinery, that they need to compact this type of weather. If I had a shovel, I would shovel my own self out I am. I am going to buy me one because in life you can’t always depend on people. I wish that I didn’t depend on my wheelchair but I have to use it because I am an unsteady walker and sometime I become wobbly when I walk. I recently applied for a 1/1 apartment here and the amazing ladies working that day made the experience so quick and easy. They were even able to work with me on the fees so that I could get my application in that day. I hope to soon be calling Sedgefield Square Apartments home. Thank you for making this a practically stress free experience

The whole complex is disgusting. Fridge has been sitting outside at least two weeks, now they’ve added a dishwasher. That is roach infested by the way. The garbage cans are always full and over flowing. There are dog droppings ALL over the complex. & they don’t fix anything. Don’t waste your money. Better off moving into housing authority.
