Security Title Abstract

If I had to rate them, I would give them a negative. Sorriest excuse for a title company. I was a seller and had to send the papers back twice because they couldn’t get the disbursement correct and figure 1/5 of the amount. First time 30,000 was missing from the total. Then they told me every check was sent certified and charged me. 8-9 days later I get it standard mail. After Rene Stamper argued with me about it and hung up the phone on me. I will never do business with them

I would give zero stars if possible. This is the WORST title company I have ever worked with. They FINALLY closed 3 WEEKS after our official close date. Didn't even start filing for final pay off on the house until the close date. Then did the paperwork wrong. Then failed to inform us of a large sum due to cover the rest of the expenditures that had accumulated due to them failing to ask for the payoff 3 weeks after actual closing date. DO NOT USE EVER! They should be ashamed for their business practices.

It's been seven weeks since escrow was opened, and they still have not completed the title search. Phone # is now disconnected. Simply amazing.

Worst title company ever. They want alot for no work. They had out paperwork for over 95 days and we still haven't closed on a cash deal.

It was easy and fast to handle the paper work.
