Alliance Abstract and Title, LLC

I have never seen such negligence and lack out of accountability from a company. Ashley is completely incompetent and fails to complete the process making paperwork needing redone on 3 separate occasions and it does no good to notify Lori her boss because nothing changes. Failed to send pay off to mortgage company making late fees occur negatively impacting sellers credit. Seller also had to pay to reconnect water and pay bill that wasn't paid. Then turns around an tries to blame everyone else and still doesn't seem the urgency to complete her job and file record timely so money can't be released. This has now impacted sellers new home purchase and still the process hasn't been complete. Go anywhere else but here.

Don't know where to start. Closing was supposed to may 31,2025. Never closed until the end of June. One excuse after another. We finally close. Ashley was supposed to mail the package to Escrow company. Guess what she had the wrong address. I am guessing intentionally. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Came here from having to deal with First American title. Alliance was able to get done in less than 2 weeks what first american couldn't or REFUSED to do in 2 months! Alliance worked with us and our busy schedules to get our closing done. Will forever be appreciated.

I am very pleased with how Alliance Abstract & Title handled my recent transaction. I dealt with Julia and Monica in the Lovington Office. All of their work was thorough, accurate, completed earlier than expected and their fees were reasonable and fair. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

It took months to get my paperwork I sent it in at the end of August, I was told they were REALLY busy but the person helping me told me she would get working on it as soon as she received it. I sent my paperwork and payment over night. Over the MONTHS I waited for my paperwork I emailed and called to check the status as I was never informed of how things were progressing. I spoke to the person helping me twice. Every other time I called they would take my name and number and tell me she would call me back after she got back from lunch or off the phone. The calls never came. Eventually I got a hold of her only to find out my title search was done. I asked when it would be mailed out and was assured they would get it in the mail the next day.
