Since then, we have sold our home, and she has been most helpful with a few questions I had even though our buyers had chosen to use a different title agency. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had several issues with communication and had not even received confirmation the property had gone to settlement! When I sent an email questioning the status of the transaction, Janet Armistead sent me the most unprofessional and rude e-mail as a response. She even had the nerve to tell me that I thought "the rules didn't apply to me". SERIOUSLY? My finances paid for YOU to perform a service. When I don't get confirmation of that service, I have the right as your customer to ask questions. Janet, you either need to learn professionalism or you should find another career out of the customer service business.
