Very patient as we looked at house after house. Even when we found a house, made an offer, lost the house to an offer, but Realty Works never gave up - and we got the house back - they were with us all the way. Kimberly and Melanie were great to work with. This was our first time buying an overnight rental cabin and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We used Kim and Melanie to sell our old home and buy our new one. They were amazing to work with! They got top price for our home and really went to bat for us in the negotiations. Throughout the process, they were extremely easy to reach whenever needed and helped make a potentially difficult time extremely easy for us. Worst encounter i have ever had ! Kimberly had one of the rudest attitudes and acts as if she is so much better then anyone else. Rarely available in office and when she is she acts as if you are an inconvenience to her. Highly recommend placing your home search and money in someone else's hands! Edit to add: I own my home so i think you may have me mistaken. Kimberly was the lady to whom i had my encounter with. Short lady , blonde hair, terrible attitude. Acts as if she is so much better than everyone else. Biggest turn off for my husband and i was how poorly she spoke of her partner and how we would be better off placing our home search in her hands over anyone else's! No thank you ma'am.
