Second Avenue Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping everything in good condition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which is something I really appreciate. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The amenities are well kept, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Parking has been convenient, and the location is a big plus with easy access to nearby stores, dining, and major roads. Overall, this has been a comfortable and stress-free place to live. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed community.

I have been living at the apartment complex for the past 6 months, and it has been truly amazing. The leasing office is so kind and understanding; the apartment itself is amazing and feels very modern and fancy, and it's truly the perfect place to live if you're looking for a secure apartment complex in Columbus, GA. For my first apartment since graduating college, I have honestly loved this place and had zero complaints.

It is in a good location and we are able to walk to downtown within 5 minutes. The staff is very nice and responsive! The appartments are updated and the community feels safe with it being gated. It is also right across the street from Taco Bell so that is a good enough reason alone to live here, for your late night snacks!

I love living at Second Ave! I was able to tour two units before I moved in and wow they were both gorgeous. I toured a lot of other apartments around the same time and their pictures never matched what the actual unit looked like. However, at Second Avenue I'd argue that the actual unit looks even better than the pictures. The move in process and paperwork was rather simple, and the community is very quiet and peaceful. It's gated, which makes me feel very safe walking around at night. Only thing that is lacking really is smaller amenities like a pool or gym but to be honest I would prefer a nicer apartment to amenities. I am in the military and my family is from California so when they visit Georgia they stay with me, and they have all complimented the apartment and the atmosphere, even
