Sebastian Construction Group

We recently completed a new construction project with Sebastian Construction Group on Lake Austin, and were extremely impressed with the high level of management and quality of construction. Sebastian delivered a challenging build in a timely manner and under budget, which is atypical in luxury custom home construction. The project management and supervision teams were very knowledgeable and attentive, the jobsite well-organized and well-managed, and the highly skilled subcontractors given a lot of respect and actionable direction that led to efficient production. We will definitely look to use Sebastian again on future projects.

They like to award a contract then try to obligate you to a larger scope than agreed to. They also are really bad about “check is in the mail” to delay payment
