The physical unit was lovely enough, we lived in an end unit on Spring Hill Drive until our lease ended this month and really enjoyed the secluded location and neighbors. The niceness of the property was unfortunately not enough of a factor for me to review my time living here with anything above one star. Management has consistently been difficult to work with, from concerns about property maintenance to lease end/buy out proceedings. Todd the maintenance guy was the only person I worked with who seemed like they gave a shit, but even then took weeks to resolve issues like a wasp nest above the front door that prevented us from using that entrance. Pest control was an issue our entire time living there, in 2 years our unit had mice, wasps, cockroaches, and an infestation of box elder and

New management took over at the end of 2024 and I couldn't be happier. The previous company was not great, but the new one has been on top of everything. This past week our water went out and Tanner the manager personally stopped at our door and took care of us, staying with us until 10:30PM to make sure we were set! Listen, I was skeptical at first, but they really do their best to go above and beyond.

My husband and I really wanted to love this place. Moving in last summer was a nightmare as we noticed many broken things and that our entire place looked like it had not been cleaned (aka dog feces left on our back porch and under the oven from previous owners). The new management that recently took over will close the office for full days without letting its residents know. They also send maintenance outside of their own people in to your home without giving you a specific time frame. My husband who is Deaf woke up in bed to a man he didn’t know inside our bedroom. What a dangerous situation. We asked for an ADA light to be installed months ago and are still waiting. We really enjoy our place and the fantastic community here and we have great property managers Tanner and Patrick. They helped us get in on a last minute promotion after our rental townhome of 5 years was put on the market for sale with very little notice. Thank you to the great team here!

I really want to love this place. It’s just the right size, updated, and located in an ideal setting. However, since the very first day I moved in, I have had problems with bugs getting in. At first, during the summer, it was wasps. And the wasp problem was never solved, despite pest control being called out several times. Since early fall, I have now had problems with box elder bugs, stink bugs, and ladybugs getting in. They continue to be a problem during the winter, and I can only assume that they have been living in the walls/air vents. While management seems willing to call pest control out, NOTHING is getting solved. I gave 2 stars because everyone in management and maintenance is very kind, but…actually living here is not pleasant at all. My advice? Pass on this property.
