Seasons of Layton Apartments

The apartment space is huge, the location is perfect close to the highway and a bunch of stores and restaurants you may want or need. Everything has been wonderful. I chose this apartment just because of being a middle point between my husband job and mine. I am impressed because of the amazing views from my balcony and bedrooms. No regrets! The team have been nicer and helpful, since day one.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! management does nothing about repairs, from the get go I told them about the rotten wood floorboard in the kitchen and nothing happened it is always noisy with kids and when you make complaints nothing happens. My daughter got beat up there called the cops told management and nothing happened. There is dog shit everywhere. Pool is gross. Someone killed themselves there and didn’t announce it through text or call. And lastly they lie and charge you for things you didn’t do to not give you your deposit back. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER

Today I had maintenance fix my bathroom sink and Connor was very polite, direct & fast with his work. Glad he was able to fix it as fast as he did. Thank you so much Connor! It looks awesome, feels awesome to use. Can really tell the difference.

We really like the leasing and maintenance staff here. I see them caring and working hard. They are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We chose to live here because of the comfortable atmosphere they create. Also, the grounds are rather nice and they have potential to be quite beautiful. It just makes me wonder, though, if local management and maintenance staff are not given enough of a budget for outside specialists or if there are just not enough maintenance people. Maintenance responds as quickly as possible to emergencies, sometimes within 5-15 minutes when it’s urgent and important enough. And yet there are still longer term projects, like cleaning the gross mess in the breezeways with the power washer, that are many months behind. Some of the residents do leave pieces of trash around

The maintenance team here are wonderful, anything we need help with they respond and communicate next steps. We love living here! Thank you Brad, Konner , and Coleson for taking good care of the property. Your hard work doesn't go in noticed!!
