My original review was very good. Unfortunately, we have a new management company Winn Residential. The property is deteriorating quickly. Although our on site manager, maintenance and office personnel are still excellent the property is just not taken care of the way it used to be. Linc Housing is the owner and why they changed management companies I don't know. The on site staff made a big deal about how great this new company Winn Residential was and how we should welcome them. Crickets. Have no idea who is part of that company. The landscaping company now working is horrible. They barely do anything. Everything is overgrown and a mess is left after they leave, if they even show up. I hope Linc Housing is aware of what is happening here. Also, I have been here for 6 years no

Finally received a call that a unit became available......the female stated she would contact me again with further information and details to move forward. 2 weeks and nothing, I finally reached a live person after leaving numerous messages. The female quickly transferred me to a male with horrible broken English who proceeded to tell me they never called me and someone else was moving into the unit that had become available. If this example of follow through is an example of how this property is run take me off the list all together. Horrible office protocol and customer interaction, basically called me a liar as if I new after two years there was a unit available, how is that now? Where do they find office managers like this? I know Craigslist!

I been living here for two years and have not ever lived so comfortable as i do now. I take care of my mother, we recently moved in to a 2 bedroom from a one bedroom it feels like a house. The manager "Lori" is really cool down to earth person. She kept her promise, and she delivered. Great place to live!!!

I visited and seen that the community is very well kept. I wasnt able to see the manager because she was not in the office that day. We did email each other and she seems nice. I was able to see inside one of the villas and I could see myself living there. I am on the waiting list.

Management makes promises it doesn't keep. Maintenance is snarky. Had a pile of old air conditioners pilled up beside the apartment. Neighbor either called or had someone else call 911 unnecessarily several times a week so that the police, fire department, rescue and ambulance were regular visitors.
