I used Kristin & Eric as my Realtors to represent me on the purchase of a home. It was a very difficult transaction, a purchase from a decedent and a trust. After the contract I had a home inspector and discovered some major problems and was backing out of the transaction and then the seller came back and offered to make all the repairs noted in the inspection. The listing agent was out-of-town and totally unqualified for this type of transaction. Kristin and Eric stepped up to the plate and did all the work of the listing agent including driving to Riverside County office in Riverside 6 times to take care of permitting issues. All said and done they did way above and beyond what they were supposed to do, and the escrow took 6 months from early May when we finalized the contract till O

Excellent communication, excellent problem solving, excellent attitudes and SO KNOWLEDGABLE. They are A+++ making sure our home was ready and then finding and qualifying a wonderful tenant. When things hit a snag, they call to let us know how they fixed it, no need for us to do anything but give our approval. Kristin and Eric are excellent property managers. They had an issue Saturday morning and quickly called out plumbers to address the issue. Plumbers arrived on site within 30 min and so did Eric from copple. After explaining the issue they quickly approved so the plumbers can start working on it immediately. Eric was not scared to get his hands dirty to help the plumbers finish up the work. Excellent communicators, friendly, understanding, and straight to business.
