I am so happy with Seascape Property Management! They are in constant communication, they are very responsive and extremely organized. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and knowledgeable. The team is proactive and they stay on top of our issues. Although our community has only been with them for a couple of months, they have far exceeded my expectations! I am excited to discover how much more we can accomplish while working together!

Our community has been using Seascapte Management for over 2 years now. I have been very impressed by our primary customer contact, Nick. He is very responsive and proactive in addressing issues and providing information to the community. The entire management team has worked diligently to keep the community informed of issues impacting commuity safety, most recently in keeping everyone apprised of the evolving weather situation during the winter storms. They worked proactively and tirelessly to ensure snow removal teams were assigned to clear the community as quickly as possible. We had a very frustrating experience with Seascape Property Management and would not recommend them to any HOA community. We applied for a swingset through our HOA after being explicitly told by Samantha Setzer at Seascape that it was allowed. Despite this, our HOA denied the request, which turned into a long and stressful legal nightmare. Throughout the entire process, I repeatedly tried to contact Seascape for guidance and support. I called numerous times with no returned calls. I even went to their office in person multiple times, and every time the person I needed to speak with was “not available” and never followed up.
