Sears Property Management

They have denied my application 3 times and each time it’s for something new . I have excellent credit and a voucher which is guaranteed payment - I wish they would just be straight forward and tell me why they are playing this game .

I've rented most of my adult life, and Sears is tops. The office staff are phenomenal, welcoming, and professional. The maintenance crew is quick to respond, provide high quality work, and is highly dependable. The majority of residents that I know have lived in my building for 7+ years with no plans to leave. That is the ultimate testament to the excellent work of Sears Property Management.

I have my property managed by Sears, in particular Amanda and Adam. They are both very responsive and attentive to our needs as Landlords. Their professionalism and knowledge of the market certainly leaves no doubts that our property is in good hands.

Worst place ever. Ill being trying to rent a studio for more then 6 month. The thing is that fir more I submit applications they never respond.

Took my deposit didn’t even let me know if I was approved or not
