Absolutely the worst apartments in searcy and the same price as something twice as nice. This place is a hole. An eye soar for the school stadium guest 20 feet away. Property management needs to leave their office and visit this place for once. The mold is everywhere. Looks like nobody cared about the landscape and trash everywhere.
The people in charge will make promises and not keep them. Mine was a terrible and disgusting place, with many things never fixed, or taken way too long to fix. The grounds were horrible as well. Will be reporting them.
Nice family environment. Plenty of space and a beautiful creek right next to the walking trail.
