Don't move here if you can avoid it. Your car will get broken into even if you're able to get a $100 a month parking spot. You will have roaches and aints fighting in your apartment for turf. When you go outside to your mailbox you will step in dog shit, so watch your feet, if you can after dark take a flashlight because the lights don't work. Memorize your mailbox location if you need to get the mail at night too. Forget about having a nice swim in one of the pools, either the dogs have had all the fun or the pool is out of order. Don't have friends come over or family because they won't have a place to park. So called security is non existent but long Beach PD will show up often to attempt to keep the neighbors in line. If I could leave zero stars I would. First off parking is terrible. They are charging $100 for a parking stall that was originally included in the lease, but where they need to charge for parking, is in the front. They posted signs for a fire lane, and on the same sign it says, private property, no public parking, yet we have a problem with people parking over here that do not live over here. Parking stickers are fine because that will eliminate the problem we have of people parking over here who do not live here. There are cars that sit in spots abandoned, and the front office claims they send out warnings to get those vehicles moved or towed, but they still sit there for months at a time and All of a sudden they are towing the cars of those who do not have parking stickers in their cars

Update: I was told by the office that using the payment portal to pay rent is for those who sign a 12 month lease. I signed the lease a month ago and I’m still blocked from using it. UPDATE: they started charging residents $100 a month to park in the carport. I have lived here for over five years and this place is horrible. They have roach infestation, they leave their pools looking like crap, people littering everywhere, homeless dig in the dumpsters, and people parking alongside the wall where the carport is at. I have a hard time backing out of my parking space. Also, they do NOT have a lockout policy so a tenant will need to get a locksmith. They don’t care.

I have been here for 6 months, and I have no complaints, nice and quiet. My neighbors are great and I do enjoy living here.

This apartment complex was a huge disappointment. The application process took months with no communication unless I constantly reached out. They allow applications for unavailable floor plans, and their website falsely shows availability—yet they claim they don’t even work with it, requiring paper applications instead. My final walkthrough was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., but the office didn’t open until 1:20. Despite being first in line, Erica, who was supposed to assist us, didn’t show up until 1:35, and the other female staff rudely yelled at us to wait due to people who were there before us. When we were first? When we finally saw the unit in Building 21, it was in terrible condition—dead roaches, water-damaged cabinets, chewed-up flooring, chipped paint, and windows that wouldn’t close.
