Seagrove Apartments

Matt came in to take care of a couple of maintenance issues in my apartment and he was very nice and helpful. He explained to me what he was there for and in less than 5 minutes he had fixed my maintenance issues and then asked me if there was anything else I needed, I said no so then he said for me to make sure and call the office anytime if I come across any other problems. Very nice young man, nice like everyone else here at Seagrove

When they started build that complex of buildings, i was wondering,what are they boulding? But when they finished complex,they look awesome,they have apartments,stores,parking,and charger for the electric cars,in halloween they gave candies for the kids,pizza and alot of food,the bad thing is that the apartments are very expensive,thats why i gave them a four stars rating.

When we first walked into the Seagrove apartments office Savannah and Nena were very welcoming. Savannah gave a lot of her time to answer questions and share her knowledge of the apartment building and the thought that went into planning to accommodate residents. We were impressed with how Savannah, Nena, and Rene worked with us, took time to answer questions, and to show us what Seagrove had to offer. They show the value in what is offered that you don't see in other apartments. As locals who grew up here we really liked that they also support local small businesses and that they seemed to be working towards building community and improving the look of Seaside. We have looked at several apartments, within a similar price range, but for what Seagrove offers you can't find anything that is

We moved into Seagrove from out of state recently and it was a dream experience. Savannah the manager held our hand every step of the way and made it the most relaxing and enjoyable part of our cross state move. The apartments are clean and luxurious, the staff is respectful and courteous, the complex is located near all our favorite spots. Cannot rave enough about Seagrove and their staff!
