Bay View Community

Moved to Bayview in 2016, trying to raise my Grandchildren. I quickly began to appreciate the housing being spaced out and the acres of trees. The neighbors on this street were amazing. Plenty of parking and the maintenance staff is great! Maintenance was always timely, the office staff is competent and efficient!! This park like setting was the best experience for my grandchildren. I will miss this🥺🥺

My family and I have lived in the community for approximately 12 years. The staff are on top of everything and I enjoy the respectful residence in this neighborhood. Great place for families with children, cannot think of any better place to live along the Monterey coast. 5 stars all the way!

I lived here for 5years, I did my part as a tent with contract held & my responsibilities. I even got recognized one year with a bonus check for my yard and also received green yard coupon every year living here with one of the best kept yards in whole community. My husband paid our rent and we got along with all our neighbors. It was nice the first approximately 2 years, but as soon as the management changed well the whole community went down hill. The manager plays favorites as who can break contract and who can't. If you aren't on his good side watch out. He looks for any little thing to write you up. I'd like to know how I even got on his bad side. The maintenance (except for 2 whom are absolutely wonderful) puts the rest to shame. With new management came new maitenece which

It's an old cheap termite and mold infested hell hole. The maintenance department put things together with bandaids and never really fixes anything. It a wonder the state doesnt close this place down.

Excellent place to live in. Very quiet and safe community. The office staff and workers are very nice and friendly.
