⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently moved into Seaglass Cottages and have been extremely pleased with our experience so far. When we first came to tour about a month ago, it was pouring rain, and leasing agent Jennifer Todd still took the time to walk us through the cottages without ever making us feel rushed or inconvenient. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. After each unit, she asked what we liked and didn’t like, truly listened to our feedback, and adjusted the tour based on our comments. You could tell she knew the property well and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything, from answering my questions to helping me settle in. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference, and it felt like she was genuinely invested in ensuring I felt welcome and comfortable. Not only is Jennifer an incredible asset, but the entire Seaglass Cottages community is so warm and inviting. It’s clear that everyone here cares about creating a positive and supportive environment. Seaglass Cottages has top tier amenities and is in a perfect location, minutes from the beach. Having lived here for a few months, I feel safe in the community when I'm out walking my dog, and I love having everything close by. You will always notice couples and families out for a stroll. Seaglass Cottages is located right behind Barefoot Landing, which has fantastic shopping and eateries! I have had very few issues with my home, but once I put in the work order, Carl was here within minutes. He was courteous and professional! Hands down, one of the best places I have lived!

I use to live at Seaglass and worked as a Maintenance man. The home apts are in a great location/Staff in office are there working hard to make you fell welcome and work with you to move in. The Maintenance team does a excellant job keeping all work orders fixed in a quick matter. One Maintenance man named Carl was a great person to work with and all people living here loved him nit only for his work excellent but was so friendly and had a great smile.

Carl, Our maintenance technician consistently goes above and beyond. He is reliable, attentive, and incredibly thorough with every request. Not only does he fix issues quickly, but he also checks in afterward to make sure everything is still working properly. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly make a difference. We’re grateful to have someone who takes such pride in his work!
