Seaglass at Rehoboth Beach is a great oasis off the beaten path. Our property manager, Samantha, keeps the complex beautiful, well maintained and a desirable place to live. Her experience, expertise and friendliness is a bonus!

This Management Team goes far beyond what is expected. Kindness, caring and trustworthy comes to mind. I am totally disabled and they have gone beyond to make me comfortable. Thank you Seaglass at Rehoboth. Maureen Novak

I wish I could leave a less than one star review! With that being said I don’t and would never live here. I had the pleasure of helping a friend move from one unit to another. She/We moved everything during a storm and in the rain. This management team and maintenance department is a complete and utter joke! Never in my life have I seen a man disrespect a female the way my friend was! Sir! Have the day you deserve! I hope that someone treats your wife and/or daughters the way you treated my friend. You should be ashamed of yourself and should really reconsider the way you treat people.

All I wanted was some help! That being said I am saddened, humiliated and embarrassed that I am writing this review. I am handicapped/disabled. We had a snowstorm this past week. I text the property manager and maintenance over 24 hours later a message and pictures of my car in the handicap spot and how it was plowed in from the back and not shoveled out and no clear path to main drive. No response. Some neighbors shoveled out their cars. I cannot do that. I mean if you are in a handicap spot …I’m used to it always being cleaned out and a pathway to it. We just moved here so I didn’t know handicap people or everyone needs their own shovel. Tell me though….how can a person in a wheelchair or walker or cane or balance issue or whatever reason they are in a handicap spot be expected to shovel

I wanted to share how pleased we are with our apartment at Seaglass at Rehoboth Beach. From the beginning when we toured the apartment to moving in has been stress free. Melanie Jett the property manager is beyond professional and on top of any issues while being approachable and nice. As a retired Chief Fire Marshal from an urban jurisdiction I can professionally tell the difference between a well managed, appointed and safe apartment complex versus an ill managed, constructed and maintained apartment complex. I have no regrets in our choice and have urged friends to get an apartment at Seaglass at Rehoboth Beach.
