When looking for a realtor, I envision a realtor who is going to find what you are looking for AND be your voice when it comes to the deal. She not only found our dream home WITHIN ONE DAY, she pushed and fought for us in our deal with the seller and made sure we were taken care of. She continued to go above and beyond for us and made sure our dreams came true. Thanks to her we signed on our house yesterday and I could cry from excitement! Safe to say, we found a permanent realtor and I would 1000% recommend her to anyone!

I enjoyed having Frannie as our realtor. She was very nice and patient with us, answered all our questions and helped us explore options. Frannie fought tooth and nail for us. She gave her input whenever it was asked and never pressured us into anything. She really understood our wants and needs. And on top of that she stayed on top of the lawyers, inspectors, appraisals and paperwork. It doesn't even feel like we bought anything, we told her what we wanted, she put together the deal and got us to the table early. I couldn't be more appreciative!
