My challenge came when we checked in and had the following issues with the house which was far below our 7 days/ 5 bedroom $14,000 rental expectations. 1. Broken ice maker 2. One towel per person for a 7 day stay 3. Several light bulbs burnt out in dining room 4. Small charcoal grill ( although gas grill was mentioned in lease) 5. Air conditioner/thermostat locked I had no welcome basket or email and only after I texted Larysa upon check in did we get additional towels, she handed me light bulbs and claimed someone would fix the ice maker but no one ever did. The Monday of my 7 day stay I visited your office and gave my list of complaints to a Stephanie who said she would help me. She wrote down my issues and said she would speak to Larysa. Bravo to our agent, Larysa Trafas, who helped us a great deal. She welcomed us with an array of gifts and was always available by phone or text. We had a few problems with the rental, but they were all addressed in a timely manner. The central AC was not working, and she did everything she could to remedy it, even sending over her own AC window unit. The AC repair guy came over late that same night. And all was well. She made all the difference in the world. We will consider renting from Seacoast again because of her.

Have been using MV Seacoast Properties for rentals for years. Very helpful in matching property to our needs. Very flexible and helpful. On one occasion they negotiated a discount with landlord for a multi week rental. On another occasion we were not going to be able to rent next year but were interested in renting the following year. I would like to start off by saying I have worked with Tom Pallas for the past four years. We have rented a property through him each year. Tom has been nothing but helpful with every request we have had, he has not only been helpful but he has been very patient as well. We have had to make some changes to our rental requests a few times and Tom has been able to accommodate us each time.
