Seabrook at Bear Brand Apartments

I recently moved into this apartment community, and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Jakob, our leasing specialist, was absolutely amazing throughout the touring and leasing process. He was always available, incredibly patient, and eager to answer the many questions I had along the way. He truly went above and beyond—even allowing us to pick up our keys a half hour before the office opened on move-in day, which made everything so much smoother. Everyone in the office has been very responsive by both phone and email, which I really appreciate as a new resident. We also had a few maintenance requests right after moving in, and Fred and Christian handled everything quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. Jennifer is the BEST! From our very first conversation over the phone, she made me feel right at home. After speaking with her, I knew Seabrook would be my next home, and I applied right away. On move in day, Jennifer gave me the full community tour and really helped me to get settled in. I am so happy here and can't wait to create so many wonderful new memories in my new home.
