I’ve been living at this property for about three months now, and I wanted to share my experience because I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews that don’t fully reflect what I’ve lived personally. As a single person, I feel very comfortable here. I’ve met a few of the retired couples who live in the building, and they have all been very warm and welcoming. The community feels quiet and respectful, and I always feel safe in and around the property. Like any apartment building, there are occasional issues, but what matters to me is how maintenance handles them. In my experience, maintenance has always come when needed and taken care of the repairs. This was the worst place I've ever lived. I'd give it a zero if I could. It is made so cheaply, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, the shower water was never hot, and our AC was out for months and never got fixed until we moved out despite multiple outreaches to management. The fact they call this place "luxury" is laughable, especially the rent they charge. You couldn't pay me to live here. Just look at all the other reviews. Avoid this place unless you hate your life and like to live around constant noise.

Yuri, the so-called building manager, doesn’t return emails, doesn’t answer calls, and frankly acts like tenants don’t exist. If you have an urgent problem, good luck — you’ll be ignored for weeks. • The gym is a landfill of broken equipment. Machines have been busted for over 7 months and are left to rot. Calling it a “fitness center” is false advertising. • Paper-thin walls and floors. Forget privacy — you’ll hear your neighbors’ every conversation, every footstep, every toilet flush. Great location but as others noted, horrible sound proofing btwn floors and overly priced. All you hear are neighbors walking above you. My bathroom fan has been unplugged since I moved in due to odd sewer gas smells. Lack of any kind of communication from new management. Definitely nothing luxury about this place. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.

There is no luxury living here. One of the worst living experiences I've ever had. There is no soundproofing between floors, the layouts are bizarre, the courtyard setup is loud, multiple instances of flooding. The construction of this building is some of the worst I have ever seen. The new property management company is just as bad as the previous one. Do not expect good service living here. The rental rates are way too high for what you get. Seriously, avoid this place if you can.
