SeaBreeze Apartments

I lived here from June 2015 to June 2020. While not a bad place to live, managers changed too often, rent kept going up despite saying it was “low income”, when I was the victim of DV the manager there at the time did nothing about it despite there being a tenets rights law. My neighbors across the hall were always too loud, the teenagers always blasting music. Many parents do not watch their kids and I felt like the only parent, of a few who did, outside watching her children. There was also issue with the dumpsters at times overflowing with furniture and not bagged used cat litter, and broken down cars parked in multiple spots. Oh and my tub faucet broke and it took the maintence guy at the time two weeks (total of 16 days) to fix it while I and the kids stayed at the hotel (for which I

Beautiful place to live. Great staff, great residents! Definitely feels like Home.

It's breezy ;-) lived here a while,nice safe place for my family.
