This company is awful, particularly Dolly Sparks and Alan Burwell, the Designated Broker. Background: My father lived in a rented duplex they manage and sadly passed away a few weeks ago. My mom (his legal wife), my brother and I arrived from out of town to clear his estate, knowing that every day his property sat in there, we would be charged rent. My mom and brother were allowed to enter the property for a short period right when they arrived and had arranged to sign a written affidavit affirming our identities the following day to gain complete access and begin arranging for his things to be cleared. On our way to the office, we were told we would not be allowed to enter the property again until they consulted with a lawyer. After many days of being denied access to my father’s estate,

Kylie Walters did a fantastic job with my home sale! She took time to make sure the house looked good and got professional photos so when the listing went active - within 48 hours we had 3 full priced offers! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience in purchasing our home in Port Angeles through Windermere. Our agent Jan Sivertsen was very experienced and knew the area well. He listened to our needs for a home and found several that we should consider. Although we had reviewed all the properties via the internet, he was able to focus on the homes that best met our needs. Jan was also able to negotiate with the owners to ensure that all of the items identified during inspections were addressed. Jan went above and beyond in orchestrating the sale and assisting in overseeing home improvements prior to us moving in. I would highly recommend Jan Sivertsen to anyone wanting to move into the Port Angeles, Sequim area.

This is the worst real estate and property management company in all of Washington!! First off when I had them manage my property they did a horrible job. I was told I had the best renters had been selected and that they were checking on my home on a regular basis. They told me that my home was in great shape only to find out that the home was destroyed. When the renters moved out, the main broker, Alan, and his property manager claimed to have walked the home and said everything was in great shape. I had another individual walk the home and they found it was a complete lie. The estimates I received to fix the home were for the amount of $17k. They paid nothing to fix the home and took zero ownership! This company doesn’t care about their clients and is of very poor character. Beware
