The new management is amazing ,a thousand thumbs up for Alex(manager),when he joined the team ,he started making all better.Ask for Marianella if you want to know the complex ,,she is the sea isle sweet ❤️ heart.I totally recomend living here,my daughters and I love it and feel safe.

I'm really enjoying living here. I'm new here, but it's been wonderful. It's close to everything, and the office staff are super attentive, as is the entire maintenance team. Very cool!!! It's by far, since February 2022 when I moved to Orlando, the best place I've lived in during this period. And believe me, I'm very selective in my choices. Congratulations!

It’s a nice complex… but most mornings, especially this week, it is SO LOUD outside. I mean like loud, heavy, metal machinery clanging nonstop outside at 8 am. Or lawnmowers and leaf blowers bright and early. So if you work late and like to sleep in some, you can forget it at this apartment complex. This is a frequent occurrence. Wish I could know when this is happening so I can get a hotel. It’s bad. And early.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love living here! The community is always clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained. It’s in such a perfect location too, local and central to everything you need, which makes everyday life so convenient. I also have to highlight the assistant manager, Carmen. She is truly the sweetest person and incredibly helpful. Any time I need assistance, she’s quick to respond, full of knowledge, and always so resourceful. She goes above and beyond, and it makes living here feel even more like home. Highly recommend this community!

Update September 2025 - Still here. Still love it. Carmen's back! Alex is a really nice new manager and seems promising. Not looking to leave any time soon. Update (nearly) August 2024 - 8 months living here: I formerly had some frustrations with the maintenance team, as written in the original post; however, I am pleased to say that with the hiring of a new maintenance manager that is no longer something I find a detriment to this complex! He's wonderful, very attentive, and friendly to boot! Fixes get done right the first time around now, and they are quick to respond to maintenance requests. They definitely hired a gem with this one, and I hope to see him stay for a long time to come. If the valet trash service would get their act together, and the congestion on the road from the cons
